Is employee training a worthwhile investment?
It’s a question often posed by business executives unsure if the benefits outweigh the costs and risk involved of training—or not training—their employees.
It’s not that businesses are unwilling to provide educational opportunities for workers. In fact, a study last year indicates that money spent on corporate training increased 15% compared to the previous year, and had increased by at least 10% for three years in a row.
