Tigerpaw Announces New Version 11 Upgrade


Upgrades Time Entry, Payment Processing, Service Order Templates and Introduces Password Keeper

Tigerpaw Software Inc., a leading developer of business automation and service management software and services announced today the release of Tigerpaw 11R2. This release includes added functionality for password security, service order templates, and payment processing as well as several additional key advances, driven by client requests, which offer users increased efficiencies and an even more streamlined customer experience.

Time Entry

With Time Sheets view, techs and managers can see an entire week at a glance – all tickets created, all time entered, the amount of “billable” or utilized time, and more. A calendar shows all time entries in an easy to read and easy to edit view, complete with custom color coding for different types of work performed. Advanced approval features allow a manager to approve a time entry or send it back to the tech for updating. The manager can edit a time entry or overwrite billing parameters such as rates and whether or not the time is counted as billable.

Payment Processing

Tigerpaw brings enterprise level invoicing and payment processing to the SMB space with its latest payment processing features. Users can set up an agreement to include all the charges they want billed to a customer, link it to real-time asset information from Level Platforms, N-able, Kaseya, Zenith, or LabTech, choose some date, delivery and payment method options (ACH or credit card) and Tigerpaw does the rest. Users save hours of administrative work each week, bill accurately every time, collect much faster, and save money by processing payments as ACH transactions – all with zero-touch and zero effort – even for recurring payments.

Service Order Templates

Clients save time by creating service order templates for the common types – status, work requested, work performed, etc. In addition, complex action plans can be built that consist of linked tasks. The next time a user’s customer has a machine that needs to be cleaned of a virus, they can create a ticket based on an anti-virus template, follow the action plan, and they’re done. Users can even share templates with their peers through the Tigerpaw Community.

Password Keeper

Users can struggle with managing hundreds of user names and passwords, and securing them properly. Tigerpaw’s Password Keeper, requested by Tigerpaw Community members, stores encrypted user name and password data and includes three levels of security permissions. Every change to the password information, including description, URL, notes, and more is logged, as well as every single time a user name or password is viewed.
