Tigerpaw Expands New Training Labs


New facility to increase capacity of live labs by 50 percent; additional courses planned

BELLEVUE, Neb., MARCH 26, 2007 — Tigerpaw Software, Inc., a leading provider of customer relationship management (CRM) and professional service automation (PSA) software, has expanded its Training and Education division and plans to open a new, larger training facility on May 1, 2007, the company announced today.

The facility, designed to accommodate live instruction and hands-on lab training for Tigerpaw CRM+, will expand class capacity by 50 percent and will be accompanied by additional staff and course offerings, the firm said.

The facility will be located in a new building addition adjacent to the company’s Bellevue, Neb., headquarters.

Bill Jaquith, Tigerpaw training and education manager, said the expansion was predicated by encouraging results from division operations throughout 2006 and into the first quarter of this year.

“The response to our live, instructional labs has been overwhelmingly positive,” Jaquith said. “We’re seeing high client return rates and excellent feedback on the entire spectrum of our training and education offerings. We are excited for this opportunity to meet the strong demand among our client base.”

In addition to the live training labs, Tigerpaw offers a full slate of instructional videos and webinars, delivered on demand via the Internet.

“Our mission going forward is to continue to expand course curriculum, deliver first-rate instruction through a variety of media, and remain open to client feedback,” Jaquith said. “We differentiate ourselves from other training operations by really listening to our clients and acting on their input.”

Case in point, Jaquith said, is the addition of live inventory and accounting courses, which were requested by a number of the firm’s clients and will be added to a curriculum that also includes sales, marketing, and service management courses.
