Geared for growth, company moves into new headquarters ahead of Version 10 release
Tigerpaw Software, Inc., has completed the transition to its new offices, giving the rapidly growing company twice the breathing room, updated facilities, and a facelift as it anticipates a whirlwind of activity in the coming months. Bellevue Mayor Jerry Ryan and other area dignitaries will be on hand for a ribbon-cutting ceremony Tuesday, June 21 at 3:30 p.m.
“We’re really excited about this move,” said Dave Foxall, chief executive officer. “We’ve got some big developments underway, and the new facility puts us on better footing as we forge ahead.”
Chief among those developments is the release of Tigerpaw’s CRM+ Version 10, planned for midsummer. The new version is currently in the beta-testing phase, with Tigerpaw’s programming team shifted into high gear to complete the much-anticipated product.
“Version 10 will, in a lot of ways, redefine what small and midsize companies consider customer relationship management”, said James Foxall, vice president of development. “We’re integrating new features like project management and subcontractor support, along with enhanced business analytic features like our new Dashboard. It’s the most robust product in our 20-year history.”
Tigerpaw’s new facility also comes at a time when the firm is gaining a significant foothold in international markets. The company now serves clients in 29 foreign countries, including Brazil, Panama, France, Chile, Honduras, Spain, South Africa and the United Kingdom, among others.

“Tigerpaw is just beginning to realize its potential outside the U.S.,” Houssenloge said. “If my customers’ response to the product is any indication, the market here for a first-rate, whole-business software solution is enormous. We are very excited moving forward with CRM+ for both our existing and our prospective customers.”
As Tigerpaw completes its relocation and expansion of staff, the company increasingly is focusing on furthering not only its global presence, but also its network of certified dealers, both domestically and abroad, Dave Foxall said.
