Tigerpaw Software, a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions for small and mid-size business, announced today that it has acquired Uptrends Management Software’s customer database. Under the deal, Uptrends customers will have the opportunity to migrate their existing Uptrends CRM package to Tigerpaw’s Business Suite 9 Enterprise.

Uptrends will cease development and support for all versions of their software as of June 1, 2004. The Uptrends product has been marketed for over 15 years and there are over 600 customers running the most current version. Tigerpaw Software will offer a data conversion tool that will move all Uptrends data into the Tigerpaw Business Suite.

The Tigerpaw Business Suite is a group of integrated CRM software modules for contact management, sales management and quoting, customer service, and inventory control. The Suite is designed to track prospects throughout the sales cycle and all touch-points with customers after the sale.
