Convergence channel provider Voda One, a division of the global Westcon Group, Inc., announced an agreement with Tigerpaw Software to become a distributor of its Business Suite group of integrated software modules. Tigerpaw’s Business Suite is a CRM software solution that helps businesses plan, execute and evaluate customer relationships, sales force efficiency and workforce optimization strategies by tracking all aspects of customer interactions through the entire sales cycle.

Voda One’s decision to offer Tigerpaw’s software solutions reflects the company’s ongoing strategy to help make its BusinessPartners more efficient and better equipped to compete in the convergence marketplace. By offering a complete software solution such as Tigerpaw’s Business Suite, Voda One is able to help VARs integrate mission critical operation activities such as contact management, sale automation, customer service tracking and inventory control.
